Before we study or do anything else in the day, we eat a good breakfast. Eating a good breakfast sets the tone for the rest of the day. Without breakfast, you tend to be more tired and ornery. The body needs fuel and expects to get it. For myself, I am prone to getting dizzy and am not a happy camper. I have learned the hard way to eat a good breakfast so I am able to function at tip-top shape and not fall over.

i hope its extra crunchy peanut butter! haha i love me some apples and peanut better! an apple a day keeps the doctor away! why not make the apple covered in something good!?
It is always a smart idea to do the preperation in the day, even when we think we done need it. The results are always better if we do what we are supposed to... even when it comes down to something so simple as breakfast.
My companions too are used to the peanut butter smell. I prefer Peanut Butter on Toast..and a lot of other things. I like the idea of going through a day and what we do. :) Great Job.
